A guide to the documents

Evidence for informed sourcing.

The images above bring Dreamwork’s existing company documents and reports together for supplier review. Start with the document relevant to your sourcing question, then contact our team for a readable copy or the current version. Reviewing a document alongside your product specification is more useful than relying on a logo alone.

Company and facility documents

Check the named legal entity, site address, issuing organization, report date and scope. A factory assessment describes the facility and the areas covered by that assessment. It should not be interpreted as automatic certification of every accessory or of a different manufacturing location.

Product and material reports

A product test report relates to the sample identified in the report and the methods used to evaluate it. Compare the sample description, material, finish and intended use with your order. If a component or material changes, discuss whether additional evidence or testing is needed for the revised product.

Validity and market requirements

Documents can have different issue dates, validity periods and conditions. Confirm the latest status with our team before using a report in your purchasing records. Your destination market, customer requirements and sales channel determine which evidence is relevant; one report does not cover every possible requirement.

Request the right information

When you contact us, include the product reference, intended material, destination country and the requirement you need to verify. If your retailer supplies a testing protocol or supplier checklist, send it during development. This helps us identify the documents to review and clarify any additional testing before production.

Connect documents with quality control

Documentation supports the broader order process: specifications, approved samples, production checks and packaging review. Keep the agreed inspection and testing requirements with your purchase order so the team can work from the same reference. Contact us when a report image is difficult to read or when you need help identifying its scope.
