ODM development.
For an OEM project, we work from your design and agreed specifications. Materials, dimensions, finishing, logo placement and packaging are reviewed so the sample reflects the intended result. Production starts after the sample and commercial details are approved.
For an ODM project, the starting point may be a reference style, target customer or seasonal concept. Our development discussion explores feasible shapes, components, colors and construction. Options are evaluated against your target price and quantity before the design moves into sampling.

A useful brief includes reference images, expected quantity, material preferences, dimensions, target market and required delivery date. Artwork files and packaging references clarify the look you want. If the design is confidential, discuss an NDA before sharing sensitive artwork.
Sampling gives you a physical reference for appearance, feel and function. Review the details together and document changes before approval. Our confirmed sampling lead time is 7–10 days; the quotation confirms your schedule and how revisions affect the next stage.
Build the brand into the details.
Customization can include color, finish, material combinations, decorative elements and suitable branding methods. Logo placement must work with the product’s construction. Labels, display cards, pouches and carton information are discussed as part of the same brief, so the accessory and its presentation are developed together.
Bulk production takes 15–25 working days under our confirmed business rules. Inspection criteria, packing quantities and shipping arrangements are agreed before dispatch; transit time is separate. There is no ready-stock supply. Each order is quoted for its specification, quantity and packaging, giving your team a clear basis for approval and repeat ordering.
