01 / Workplace & people

A closer look at production.

Our office and showroom at 271 Qunying Road, Houzhai, Yiwu connect product discussions with sample development. Workshop and team photographs come from Dreamwork’s company materials; the aerial-style header is an AI visualization based on our entrance photograph.

Sample makers translate a design reference into something buyers can examine: proportion, color, surface finish, construction and function. The approved sample then becomes a shared reference for the production and quality teams. Discuss the relevant workshop and manufacturing location when planning your supplier review.

02 / Workshops & equipment

Different materials. Different processes.

Our production capabilities include stitching, laser cutting, laser engraving, UV printing, automatic epoxy dispensing, polishing, casting and soldering. The process route depends on the accessory: a sewn bag, a decorated hair accessory and a metal jewelry component need different equipment and checks. We review the applicable operations during development rather than treating every item as the same production job.

03 / Production flow

From approved sample to dispatch.

  1. PrepareSpecifications & materials
  2. MakeCut, form & assemble
  3. CheckFinish, function & quantity
  4. PackProtect, label & dispatch

Production starts from the agreed specification and sample approval. Materials and components are checked before processing; workmanship is reviewed during manufacture; completed items are checked before packing. Any changes to the approved design should be resolved before the affected stage continues.

Warehouse & packing.

Storage and dispatch planning must keep materials, work in progress and finished orders identifiable. For your order, confirm how quantities, product references and shipment groups will be organized so items can be checked against the packing list.

Packaging is agreed alongside the product: individual protection, retail cards or bags, labels and outer cartons. The packing review covers the presentation buyers expect to receive, as well as protection against rubbing, deformation and damage in transit.

Plan a focused visit.

Tell us which product category, equipment or production stage you want to see. We can discuss a visit or the relevant production information with the team. Our confirmed MOQ is 500 pieces, with sampling in 7–10 days and bulk production in 15–25 working days; confirm the order schedule before arranging an inspection.
